Bartlett Youth Foundation
Enhancing horizons through scouting.
WELCOME to Bartlett Youth Foundation (BYF), home of Pack 142, Troop 142 and Troop 2002, Boy Scouts of America. With over 60 years of Scouting in the Greater Racine community, our parent volunteers have enthusiastically provided a continuum of the Scouting programs to youth ages 6 to 18. Whether it is the warm, welcoming Scout facility; the two acres of outdoor space to learn and practice new skills; or the opportunities to trial and execute those skills through high adventure experiences – there are Scouting trained parents (the leadership) at every turn.
Parent volunteerism and leadership continues to be the hallmark of the Bartlett Youth Foundation organization and can be found at every level of the organization from the new Mom or Dad Tiger Cub Leader; the trained parent cub leader, the Dads who serve as Cubmaster and Scoutmaster; the highly experienced Boy Scout and Girl Scout leaders or the current parents and parent alumni who serve on the organization’s various committees and board. It is the parents who make it happen. Generation after generation of concerned parents, who value the vision and mission of the Boy Scouts of America and Girl Scouts of the USA, have contributed to making BYF a premier Scouting organization and is the reason you should consider our Scouting programs as an alternative for your child.
Again, welcome to the family of Pack 142, Troop 142, Troop 2002, and Bartlett Youth Foundation. Take a few minutes to explore the website, to understand our history, and to take a closer look at our Pack and Troop programs and leadership.
